I have worked as a creative leader within the advertising and communications industry for 20 years and have built a unique and highly multidisciplinary skillset.

Whilst I am one of the UK’s most awarded creatives, I fundamentally believe in the power of creativity, in all its forms, to transform and grow business and solve societies challenges.

I have created ground-breaking campaigns for Sipsmith, The Mayor of London, IKEA, M&S, Land Rover and Virgin Atlantic; winning in excess of 200 awards globally, ranging from D&AD, Cannes, Clio and One Show.

My mum’s proudest moment though, was when I oversaw the creative for the BBC’s coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games which saw an audience of 200 million worldwide and earned the jury prize at the Royal Television Society. Elements of the creative work were integrated into the opening ceremony.

Whilst I have a passion for British and Global brands, I have also worked closely with the UK Government to create highly integrated behaviour change campaigns. I was responsible for a ground-breaking and highly effective creative platform for the NHS Blood Donation programme called ‘Missing Type’. It was considered to be Campaign of The Decade by the British media.

Over the last four years I have been building a creative department that is one of the most awarded currently in London and ranked 3rd in D&AD global standings in 2022.

I have contributed articles to leading industry platforms, written articles for the Guardian and spoken on BBC London.

I am also the Executive Sponsor and a champion of Neurodivergent thinking and on the Diversity and Inclusion Board of Ogilvy London.

I am the Chief Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy London. During my tenure I have made it the number one office in the number one Global Network ranking for two years running. I am currently ranked top 10 ECD’s at D&AD 2023 and have taken Ogilvy UK to Agency of the Year at D&AD for two consecutive years.
